PFL_V automatic volumetric filler

PFL_V automatic filler is used for medium and large production batches. It is used to measure the required amount of liquid to buckets, cans or canisters. The requirement is that the product must have liquid consistency enabling suction through the volumetric cylinder of the filler. The range of packaging used from 0.25 to 5 litres provides great flexibility in the packaging of products.

Design advantages of the PFL_V volumetric filler:

  • Easy connection to the tanks from which the medium is fed
  • Two modes of table-by-table packaging movement, for small and large packaging
  • Easy cleaning of valve and cylinder
  • The use of a PLC ensures easy and quick machine calibration.
